Forward Mills started his career at Derby County, making two appearances for them in the Championship. He had loan spells at Solihull Moors, Macclesfield and AFC Telford United, where he scored 6 goals in 30 appearances.

He started last season at United Counties Premier League Division North side Melton United Town where he scored 14 goals in 21 starts before moving to step 4 side Corby Town. Mills actually scored against the Racers last season while on dual registration with Leicester Nirvana in our 4-2 defeat.
